Project Risk Management Expert
Emmanuel has more than 26 years of experience in Project Risk Management, both as a researcher and active practitioner. He has developed quality management systems including guidelines for capital project risk management for improving project performance, a procedure for project classification methodologies as a basis for risk-based governance on capital projects. He has researched the value added by linking Project Risk Registers to Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis. He is currently lecturing postgraduate level students in Applied Risk Management at the North West University, South Africa, and runs Psygon Services that help organizations to protect value from risk.
